syncafy.com is run by Syncafy Inc. By using it, you agree to these terms and our privacy policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Information, not advice

Our posts, case studies, quiz results and ROI calculator are general information to help you think about your business. They aren't legal, tax, financial or professional advice. Calculator results and payback times are estimates from the numbers you enter, and results in case studies came from those businesses; yours may differ.

Prices and client work

Prices on the site are in Canadian dollars and are a guide. What we build, what it costs and any guarantee are set in a written quote and agreement you sign. A form, booking or call doesn't make you a client or us your service provider until that agreement is signed.

Booking calls

Calls are booked through Cal.com. If you can't make it, please reschedule or cancel using the link in your invite.

What you can and can't do

You can read, link to and share our pages. Please don't:

• copy or republish our content, design or code as your own;
• send false information, spam or harmful code through our forms or booking;
• try to break into, overload or interfere with the site, or scrape it in a way that slows it down for others.

The Syncafy name, logo, text, images and code on this site belong to Syncafy Inc. or the people who license them to us.

Other sites

We link to other sites, like sources in our posts and our social profiles. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices.

No guarantees about the site

We work to keep the site accurate and running, but it's provided "as is". We don't promise it will always be available, error-free or up to date.

Limits on our liability

As far as the law allows, Syncafy isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or data, that come from using this site or relying on its content. Our total liability for anything to do with the site is limited to $100 CAD. This doesn't limit any rights you have by law that can't be waived, and it doesn't apply to client work, which our agreement with you covers.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Any dispute about them goes to the courts of Manitoba.
