AI for logistics agencies

The match takes minutes. The follow-through takes your day.

Confirmations, check calls, shipper updates and PODs come with every load. We build AI that sends them, so you're only pulled in when something goes off-script.

What we'd build for your agency.

  • Confirmations

Rate confirmations and load details go to the carrier as soon as you make the match.

  • Reminders

Drivers are reminded about pickup and delivery windows.

  • Check calls

Check calls and texts go out on schedule, and the answers are logged.

  • Shipper updates

The shipper hears about every status change without having to ask.

  • Paperwork

Proof of delivery and paperwork get chased down so you can invoice.

What we'd be measured on.

Write down how each of these goes for you today. That's the bar your build has to beat.

Questions.

Do I lose control of my carriers?

No. You still make every match. Anything off-script, like a late truck or a rate dispute, comes straight back to you.

Where should we start?

With the message you send most often, usually the check call or the status update. Then add the next.

Do we have to switch software?

No. We start from what you already use, like Outlook, QuickBooks, Sage, Procore or your Excel sheets, and build around it.

What does it cost?

The call is free. A roadmap is $750, and it comes off your build if you go ahead. The build is a fixed quote between $4K and $8K CAD, and running it is $750 to $1.5K a month.

Who owns what you build?

You do. The code, the data and every account it runs on are in your name from day one. If you ever stop working with us, you keep all of it.
