Pricing
What does it cost?
The call is free. A roadmap is $750, and it comes off your build if you go ahead. The build is a fixed quote between $4K and $8K CAD, and running it is $750 to $1.5K a month.
Why is there a monthly fee?
Your software runs on servers, the AI models it uses keep improving, and things break. The monthly fee covers hosting, monitoring, fixes and upgrades, and you get a report of the hours it saved.
Is there a guarantee?
Yes. What it covers depends on the work, so we set it with you in the roadmap, once we know your business, before the build starts.
Can funding cover some of it?
Sometimes. Part of the roadmap is checking what funding your business might qualify for.
How it works
What happens on the call?
You talk, we listen. We point out where your hours go and what could change. No pitch, no jargon. Even if you never work with us, you leave knowing exactly where your time is going.
I'm not good with tech. Is that a problem?
No. That's exactly who this is for. We set everything up and show you how it works in plain English.
Do we have to switch software?
No. We start from what you already use, like Outlook, QuickBooks, Sage, Procore or your Excel sheets, and build around it.
Our files and data are a mess. Is that a problem?
Usually not. We start from how the work happens today, spreadsheets and all.
What happens when the AI gets something wrong?
Important steps go to a person first, and every action is logged. You catch errors before anyone outside does.
What if it doesn't work?
We keep at it until it does. That's what the guarantee in your roadmap is for.
Your data
Who owns what you build?
You do. The code, the data and every account it runs on are in your name from day one. If you ever stop working with us, you keep all of it.
Is my data safe?
Your data stays in your systems, and each workflow only gets access to what it needs.

Are you an AI company?
Yes. We're AI specialists. You don't need ten apps. You need one system that knows your business and changes when you do, with AI that runs it for you. We build that, and you own it.
Why not just try ChatGPT myself?
You can. Most owners do, get nothing useful, and close the tab. Using it well takes setup and know-how most owners don't have time for. That's the part we do.
Will this replace my staff?
No. It takes the retyping and chasing. Your people keep the judgment calls.
What kinds of businesses do you work with?
Any business with repetitive office work. We have built for a construction company and a computer repair shop, and written playbooks for logistics agencies, truck dispatchers and car dealerships.
Why only seven businesses at a time?
There are four of us, so we only work with 7 businesses at a time.
Where are you based?
Vancouver and Winnipeg. We have worked with businesses all over Canada and the US, mostly remotely.
