No. It flags the jobs that look like a fit. Your estimators decide what to price.
Will it miss a bid?
Agents check the inbox every 15 minutes. We set it up so anything they can't read cleanly goes to a person instead of being skipped.
Do we own the bid database?
You do. The code, the data and every account it runs on are in your name from day one. If you ever stop working with us, you keep all of it.
Do we have to switch from Outlook or Procore?
No. We start from what you already use, like Outlook, QuickBooks, Sage, Procore or your Excel sheets, and build around it.
What does it cost?
The call is free. A roadmap is $750, and it comes off your build if you go ahead. The build is a fixed quote between $4K and $8K CAD, and running it is $750 to $1.5K a month.
