Case studies

Measured in hours back and bids won. Against a baseline we take before we start.

We time the work before we start, so the results are your numbers, not ours.

Drywall & finishes subcontractor
Example scenario

Bid prep moved from the estimator's evenings to a 20-minute review

2×
more bids submitted per month
0
missed addenda since launch
12 hrs
of estimator time back each week

The problem

The company's one estimator spent most evenings downloading drawing sets, reading addenda and chasing sub quotes. They were passing on bids they could have won because there wasn't time to price them.

What we built

We automated the chain from ITB to bid package: invitations filed, documents pulled, addenda summarized, RFQs sent, quotes levelled. The estimator now reviews a finished package instead of building one.

Commercial general contractor
Example scenario

Supplier invoices coded to the right job before the controller opens them

−70%
time spent coding invoices
100%
of sub payments with a waiver on file
5 days
faster month-end close

The problem

Two people spent three days a month coding invoices to jobs and cost codes, then chasing lien waivers before subs could be paid.

What we built

Invoices are now read on arrival, matched to POs and cost codes, and held automatically when a waiver is missing or a line is over budget.

Mid-size general contractor
Example scenario

RFIs answered in half the time, and daily logs written before supers leave site

−50%
average RFI response time
45 min
saved per superintendent each day
100%
of daily logs filed the same day

The problem

Superintendents were writing daily reports at home at night, and RFIs sat in draft for days because PMs had to rebuild them from photos and texts.

What we built

Crews now text photos and notes during the day. The daily report is written by 4 PM, and RFIs are drafted with sheet references for the PM to approve and send.

Dealership service department
Example scenario

Declined work followed up on every repair order

100%
of declined ROs followed up
+18%
customer-pay hours

The problem

Advisors meant to follow up on declined work, but it only happened on quiet days.

What we built

Declined line items are pulled when each RO closes, customers get a personal follow-up, and booked visits are written back to the DMS.
